No.74 of 2009 dated 06.04.2011 on the file of learned Special Judge for Economic Offences at Hyderabad, which was filed by the petitioner under Section 245 of the Criminal Code of Procedure, wherein the petition was dismissed. 02. No representation on behalf of the revision petitioner. Sri B.Narasimha Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 as well as Sri S.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State/respondent No.2 are present. 03. Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 submitted that main C.C. No.74 of 2009 itself was disposed of. 04. Since, main case was disposed of, this revision case become infructuous. 05. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order to as costs.
