for the Income Tax Department. This writ petition is directed
against the order dated 21.11.1994 (Annexure-4), passed by the learned Commissioner of Income-tax (A)-II, Patna, whereby he has rejected the appeal preferred by the present
petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition has become infructuous with the passage of time. In that view of the matter, as prayed for by him, it is
disposed of as not pressed.
