Learned advocate Mr. D.V. Pathy candidly admits that against the impugned order, an Appeal shall lie before the High Court under Section 260A of the Income-tax Act, 1961. Mr. Pathy, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with the liberty to prefer Appeal against the impugned order.
