Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused thedocument produced by Mrs. Sinha of revenue indicating thatpending finalization of the appeal which is pending before theCommissioner, Income Tax, petitioner has already deposited 15per cent of the demand on 07.03.2018 i.e. after filing of thispetition.
For the present, without entering into the controversy onmerit, we direct that all the proceedings shall remain stayed andkept in abeyance till decision in the appeal by theCommissioner,Income Tax (Appeal). Commissioner, IncomeTax (Appeal) is requested to expedite and dispose of the appeal
