This writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of theConstitution of India against the order dated 22.03.2017 (Annexure P-11)under Section 264 of Income Tax Act, 1961 praying for grant of appropriatewrit or directions setting aside the impugned order rejecting the petitionpraying for revision of the order passed by Assessing Officer under Section144/147 dated 19.03.2015 (Annexure P-3) without serving notice upon thepetitioner.
2 At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states thatcertain relevant documents could not be appended with the petition.Therefore, he prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to filefresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars.
