(By this petition the petitioner has challenged the action of therespondents in seeking to attach his bank accounts even though hisappeal and application for stay is pending before the Appellate Authority.
*Counsel for the respondents has argued that no applicationfor stay was filed,
,This fact is denied by the counsel for the petitioner whopoints out that an application for stay was filed on 11.02.2020 which hasbeen annexed as Annexure P-7.
/In the circumstances, we direct the Appellate Authority todecide the prayer for stay as made in Annexure P-7 in accordance withlaw and, till then the attachment of the Bank Accounts of the petitionerShall be stayed.
