In view of the controversy covered by theabove decisions of this Court, we are of the opinionthat the substantial question of law as suggestedby the appellants does not now arise for ourfurtherconsideration in the present appeal.” 4In view of the aforesaid, we are of the opinion that no substantial question of law arises for our furtherconsideration in the present case also.
