Accordingly, the application seeking condonation of delay u/S5 of Limitation Act & restoration application both stand allowedsubject to deposition of Rs.500/- by the applicant with theSecretary, Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority, Jaipurreceipt whereof be filed in the registry, on doing so the ordershall stand recalled and the writ petition be restored to its originalnumber.
