which has been preferred against the order of the Income Tax AppellateTribunal, Guwahati Bench, Guwahati, dated 28.08.2019 passed in ITA No.33/(Gau)/2018.
Mr. S Sarma, learned counsel for the applicant/appellant submits thatduring the pendency of the proceeding, the matter has been resolved under theVivad se Vishwas Scheme, 2020 and therefore, he prays for withdrawal of theIncome Tax Appeal.
In view of the above, prayer for withdrawal of the appeal is allowed. This application is allowed accordingly.
