In view of the above statement, the question sought to be raised in this appeal is only academic. On this limited ground, the appeal is dismissed. Needless to state that the dismissal of this appeal would not operate as a precedent in any manner. It is also clarified that, if it is found that any benefits have been or are taken on the aforesaid basis, this appeal shall stand revived without further order of this court. ( M.S.
