Since the review petition was dismissed even before issuance of notice,therefore, we do not find it necessary to issue notice of this application to therespondent. Considering the reasons assigned in the application, the same constitutesufficient cause, hence, the order dated 07.01.2021 is recalled. R.P. No.656 of 2020 is restored to its file. The applicant shall comply with the office objections within a period offour weeks from today. Accordingly, the restoration application is allowed and disposed off.
