The Deputy Director of Accounts (Headquarters), Bihar State Electricity Board, Patna. 7. The Deputy Director of Accounts, Magadh Area, Gaya. ----- Respondents. ----------- 21.7.2010 None appears on behalf of the petitioner. Heard Mr. Vijay Kumar Verma for the respondents, and Mr. Mahesh Prasad for the State. This writ petition has been preferred by a former Class IV employee of the Bihar State Electricity Board, who superannuated from service with effect from 31.1.2000, as a senior category messenger from the Electric Supply Sub Division, Bhagwanpur, Kaimur. It is prayed that he may be paid the retrial dues plus some arrears of salary for a certain Vinay/ period prior to his superannuation. The respondents have placed on record their counter affidavits wherein it is stated that he has been paid his post-retirement dues indicated in paragraph 6 of the counter affidavit. It is further stated in paragraph 7 of the counter affidavit that the petitioner’s claim consequent upon the recommendation of the pay revision commission is still pending. It thus appears that the major dues of the petitioner have been paid except one. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with the direction to consider and make payment of the differential amount of salary admissible to him consequent upon the recommendations of pay revision commission.
