This application under Article 215 of the Constitution of India, read with section 12 of the contempt of Court’s Act, has been filed for the alleged non-implementation of the order dated 19.7.2005, passed in C.W.J.C. No.1901 of 2005, whereby the lawful dues of the petitioner were directed to be paid to the petitioner within a period of two months providing details of calculation pending final disposal of C.WJ.C. 1901 of 2005. This writ petition has been disposed of by order dated 21.7.2010. In view of that order, no order is required to be passed in the present application. It is accordingly disposed of. Vinay/ ( S. K.
