Following the judgment of this Court in ITA No.9006/2013 in the case ofThe Commissioner of Income Tax
vs Srt Biluru) Gurubasava Pattina Sahakari Sangha
Niyamitha, Bagalkot,the appeal came to be disposed ofanswering the substantial question of law in favour of theaSSECSSECAC.
2. The aforesaid judgment is challenged before the Apex|Court and is pending consideration. On that ground, thereview petitioners want review of the order.
3. We do not see any justification to review the order on |that ground. However, we make it clear that, in the event the
revenue succeeds in the Apex Court, the authorities shall takenote of the same and then pass an order under Section 260(1A) of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Ordered accordingly.
