HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE K.S. JHAVERI
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE INDERJEET SINGH Order
07/07/2017
On 29[th] May, 2017, following order was passed:
“In D.B.Civil Misc. Application No.15557/2016 :(1) We find that deceased Man Singh wassurvived by a daughter Sushila Devi.
(2) His son Sitaram has been survived by twodaughters Asharfi Devi and Swaroopi Devi.
(3) In the application the names of Sushila Devi,Asharfi Devi and Swaroopi Devi have beenomitted to be mentioned as the legal heirs ofdeceased Man Singh and deceased Sitaram. Themale heirs are proposed to be impleaded on theargument that the female heirs had executedrelinquishment deeds. In our opinion, SushilaDevi, Asharfi Devi and Swaroopi Devi need to beserved for the reason they may have somethingto say regarding the alleged relinquishmentdeeds supposed to have been executed by them.
(4) Amended memo of parties be filed within aweek and notice be taken out for service ofSushila Devi, Asharfi Devi and Swaroopi Devireturnable after six weeks. “
