1.This is an application at the instance of theapplicant-original appellant seeking condonation of delay of124 days in preferring the Tax Appeal (Stamp) No.25026 of2019.
2.Having heard the learned counsel appearing for theparties and having gone through the averments made inthis application, we are convinced that sufficient cause hasbeen made out to condone the delay of 124 days inpreferring the above referred appeal. The delay is,accordingly, condoned. This civil application is, accordingly,disposed of. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
3.The tax appeal shall now be notified for admissionsubject to bearing objections, if any.
