2. The related writ petition i.e Writ Petition No. 443 of2018 was disposed of by this Court vide order dated03.06.2019.
3.This chamber summons has been moved forsubstituting the name of the petitioner. Petitioner in the writ
petition was 'M/s. Vodafone India Limited'. However,following the dissolution of Vodafone India Limited andsubsequent amalgamation of three companies namelyVodafone Mobile Services Limited, Vodafone India Limitedand Idea Cellular Limited in terms of the order of the NationalCompany Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, the name of thepetitioner should be "Vodafone Idea Limited".
4.After hearing learned counsel for the parties, we allowthe prayer made in terms of the schedule to the chambersummons.
5.Chamber summons is discharged.
