3.Learned counsel for the applicant / appellant submits that not onlyapplicant / appellant is a senior citizen, the order passed by the IncomeTax Appellate Tribunal, which is impugned in the present appeal, hasbeen disapproved by the Supreme Court in the case of one of theDirectors of the same company.
4.After hearing learned counsel for the parties and on dueconsideration, we are of the view that an early hearing is called for.
5.List this appeal for hearing in the Supplementary Board on06.02.2020.
