and the documents could not be appended along with the original writ petition.He, however, stated that an application under Order 6 Rule 17 read withSection 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been filed seeking amendmentof the writ petition. He prayed that the writ petition and the amendmentapplication be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a freshcomprehensive writ petition on the same cause of action by furnishing betterand correct particulars instead of seeking amendment in the writ petition.
