for rectification has clearly held that the points
raised were considered and answered. In our
opinion, therefore, these points can be raised in
the substantive appeal which is pending.
Considering the same, in our opinion this will not
be a fit case for this court to interfere in our
extra ordinary jurisdiction. Hence,considering that
the Petitioner has right to raise those points in
the appeal, present petition dismissed.
