1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.
After hearing the learned Counsel for the parties, we
find that the Petitioner had already filed objection
with regard to the notice issued by Respondent No.1
under Section 226(3) of the Income Tax Act by way of an
affidavit. Under the aforesaid facts and circumstances,
we direct the Tax Recovery Officer 18(2) to pass an
appropriate order after affording an opportunity of
personal hearing to the Petitioner within a period of
three weeks from today.
2. Needless to state that the parties shall maintain
status-quo as of today.
