taken out pursuant to the order passed by the
Supreme Court, which granted liberty to the parties
to give details of the members of the Association
who are likely to be affected by the result of the
pending petition. By this Chamber Summons the
petitioners have given a list of the parties to be
added as parties. Considering the order of the
Supreme Court Chamber Summons made absolute in terms
of prayer clauses (i) and (ii). Amendment to be
carried out within four weeks from today. Petition
fixed for final hearing on 22nd June, 2009 at 3.00
p.m. Parties to complete their pleadings on or
before that date.
