1.Pursuant to the last order passed, Mr. Maratha on instructions apprises the Court that the issue could not be disposed of since the concerned authority was unable to access the Income Tax Business Application ["ITBA"] portal and download Form 26AS.
2.Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that although the aforesaid details have been duly provided earlier, they shall provide the same to the concerned Assessing Officer ["AO"]forthwith.
3.In view of the aforesaid, Mr. Maratha, learned counsel submits that the claim for refunds shall be examined and disposed of within a period of two weeks from today. The statement so made is recorded
and accepted.
4.The writ petition shall consequently stand disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
