However, a communication dated 11[tn]September, 2017, hadbeen received from the Assistant Registrar, Income Tax AppellateTribunal, addressed to the Superintendent (Judl.), for AssistantRegistrar (C), Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh, intimatingtnat the correct appeal numbers were ITA Nos. 788 to /91/Chnd/201and not ITA Nos. 788 to 791/Chnd/2013 Accordingly, it is directed that in the order dated 09[tn]May,|2017, wnerever, reference to the ITA number of the TridDunal has beemade, the same be read as ITA Nos. 788 to /91/Chd/2014 instead ofITA nos. 788 to /91/Chd/2013.
