JUDGMENT
This appeal is directed against the order dated 01.04.2021 in ITA No.1325/Bang/2018 passed by the Income-Tax Appellate Tribunal, Bengaluru.
2. Heard Shri. M. Dilip, learned Standing Counsel for
appellants and Shri. K.K. Chaitanya, learned Senior Advocate for the respondent.

appellants in his usual fairness submits that the tax effect is less than the monetary limits.
