JUDGMENT
When these appeals were taken up for hearing, counsel appearingfor the assessee, State Bank of Travancore, produced copies of theproceedings of the Committee on Disputes held on various dates,namely, 20.5.2005, 17.10.2006, 11.11.2008 and 20.8.2009 (pertainingto two cases) declining permission to the department to pursue appealspending before this Court. In view of the decision of Committee onDisputes produced in Court, we dismiss the departmental appeals as notmaintainable.
