JUDGMENT
This appeal was admitted to consider the substantial
question of law. In respect of the same assessee for the assessment years 1997-98, 1998-99, 1999-2000, 2000-2001
and 2001-2002 also the same question arose for consideration before this Court in ITA No.442/2007 and other connected matters, this Court by a detailed order dated 22[nd] February, 2012 has answered the said question in favour of the assessee and against the Revenue.
Following the aforesaid judgment, this appeal is
dismissed.
