“None appears for the appellant when the matter is called.
For the interest of justice, as a last chance put up the present Income Tax Appeal along with ITA Nos.242 of 2004 and ITA No.243 of 2004 (item Nos. 102 and 103 of the present list) on 26[th]June, 2019.
If next time, matters go unrepresented, the same shall stand dismissed for default.”
