2. By way of this appeal, the appellant-Department has challenged the order dated 12.09.2011 (Annexure-3), passed by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack, in IT(SS)A Nos.06,07 and 08/CTK/2011, dismissing the appeal preferred by the Revenue.
3. During course of hearing, learned standing counsel for the appellant seeks permission to file review petition before the learned Tribunal.
4. In view of such submission made, the appeal is disposed of.
5. It will be open for the appellant to approach the learned Tribunal by way of a review petition and raised all contentions as has been available to him in law.
