Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to
withdraw the appeal in view of the circular of Government of
India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), CentralBoard of Direct Taxes (Judicial Cell) dated 11.7.2018.
In view of the aforesaid circular, the present appealstands dismissed as withdrawn.
However, we make it clear that we have not touched the
