This appeal coming on for orders this day, JUSTICE SHEEL NAGU
passed the following:
ORDER
This matter was passed over in the first round. When it was taken up inthe second round, Shri Gaurav Singh Thakur, learned counsel appears andseeks adjournment.
The record reveals that the present appeal having been filed by anassessee on 25/05/2019 is being adjourned time and again on various occasionsi.e. 12.02.2021, 23.11.2021, 08.12.2021, 24.01.2022, 10.02.2022, 18.02.2022,11.03.2022, 28.03.2022 and 13.06.2022.
On all these occasions, either no one appeared for the appellant or thecounsel who appeared for the appellant sought and was granted time to argueon admission.
Nearly three and half years have elapsed since filing of this appeal and itseems that the appellant is not interested to prosecute the same.
Accordingly, ITA stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
