This is an application for withdrawal of appeal filed on
behalf of the Revenue in view of the circular of Government
of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue),Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (Judicial Cell)dated 11.07.2018.
In view of the aforesaid, I.A. No.14011/2018 is allowedand closed.
Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawnin view of the CBDT circular dated 11.07.2018.
