1]This appeal has been filed by the Revenue under Section260-A of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (for short 'the Act’) against the orderof the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Divisional Bench, Chandigarhdated 24.8.2018 passed in MA No. 127/Chd/2018 in ITA No.498/Chd/2015 annexed hereto as Annexure A-4.
2 Learned Senior Standing counsel states that this appeal isdirected against the orders passed in MAs No. 127 and 128 of 2018 andthe appellant has filed the instant appeal challenging the main orderpassed in ITA No. 498 and 499 of 2015. In these circumstances, sheprays for permission to withdraw this appeal with liberty to take up all thegrounds of challenge mentioned in connected appeal bearing ITA No. 139ot 2019|
