They state that these two appeals are governed by the order dated 06.10.2015, passed in Income Tax Appeal no. 23/2011 and other connected matters, and can be disposed of in terms of the said 2 1210itl2.14 order. 2.In view of the joint submission and in terms of order dated 06.10.2015 in Income Tax Appeal Nos. 23/2011 and other connected matters, with similar observations and liberty, we dispose of these two Appeals.
