Since the connected reference case, I.T.R. No.91 of 1997, arisingfrom the common order of the Tribunal was disposed of by this Courtvide judgment dated 29.10.1999 answering the questions referred infavour of the assessee, following the said judgment, we dispose of thisreference case also by answering the questions referred in favour of theassessee and against the revenue.
A copy of this judgment under the seal of the High Court andsignature of the Registrar-General shall be forwarded to the IncomeTax Appellate Tribunal, Cochin Bench.
