Upon careful perusal of the records, it appears to us thatthe tax involvement in the matter is less than Rs.10.00 lakhs. Asit could be found, the alleged escapement of the income is around
Rs.17.00 lakhs and odd and if 30% of tax is calculated,it would be around Rs.5.00 lakhs and odd.
Hence, going by the department notification, we dismiss theappeal.
