At the hearing, Mr.Y.Ratnakar, learned counsel for the appellant-assessee in both these appeals, submitted that after filing of these appeals, his client has moved applications for recalling the impugned orders and that the Tribunal has accordingly recalled and passed fresh orders in favour of the appellant vide common order dated 12.03.2008. The learned counsel submitted that in view of this subsequent event, the cause in the present appeals does not survive for adjudication and that, therefore, the appellant is not interested in pursuing these appeals. 3.
