Sri T.Bala Mohan Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant, seeks leave to withdraw this appeal filed under Section 260A of the Income-tax Act, 1961, in the light of the order dated 16.03.2018 passed by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench ‘B’, Hyderabad, in M.A.Nos.26 and 27/Hyd/2018 filed in I.T.A.Nos.1445 & 1446/Hyd/2016, whereby the order under appeal stood recalled.
The appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to
costs.
