The said registration has got periodicallyrenewed from time to time and even today, it has got a validregistration. For the reason that the impugned order has alreadybeen acted upon and the respondent has got the registration whichstands renewed even tilt date, nothing furthel remains to beadjudicated in the present appeal. 2 3.
