Sri J.V.Prasad, Learned Senior Standing Counsel for Income TaxDepartment, would fairly state that against the order of the Income TaxAppellate Tribunal, on an identical issue in relation to the very same assessee,the revenue had carried the matter in appeal in I.T.T.A.No.60 of 2014 and aDivision Bench of this Court, by its order dated 19.02.2014, had dismissed theappeal.
Following the order of the Division Bench in I.T.T.A.No.60 of 2014 dated19.02.2015, and in terms thereof, this appeal is also dismissed. Themiscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
