Vasant Kumar, learned Senior counsel appearingfor the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondent. We have gonethrough the impugned judgment and order of the learned Tribunal. It appears that the learned Tribunal has disposed of a batch of appealsvide the impugned judgment and order and ITTA.No.394 of 2013 filed againstone of the said appeals was disposed of by this Court on 05.09.2013.
