Sri S.Ravi, learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of theappellant in both the appeals states that as the Commissioner ofIncome Tax (Appeals)-VI, Hyderabad, by the order dated
25-5-2012 has granted relief to the petitioner in respect of thegrievance, which is the subject matter of these two appeals, theappellant does not wish to pursue the appeals. Sri S.Ravi, learnedSenior counsel seeks that the substantial question of law presented forconsideration in these appeals be left open in the circumstances.
