This appeal, under Section 260-A of the Income Tax Act, 1961is preferred against the order dated 30.09.2009 inI.T.A.No.668/Hyd/2008, passed by the Income Tax AppellateTribunal, Hyderabad.
2 . The Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Hyderabad passed acommon order dated 30.09.2009 in I.T.A.Nos.668/Hyd/2008 and669/Hyd/2008. Against the order passed by the Tribunal inI.T.A.No.669/Hyd/2008, the Revenue preferred I.T.T.A.No.240 of2014, which was dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court by itsjudgment dated 02.04.2014. As the appeal preferred against theorder passed by the Tribunal in I.T.A.No.669/Hyd/2008 has beendismissed by this Court, this appeal also stands dismissed.
