I.T.T.A.No.6 OF 2013
Judgment:(per the Hon’ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta)
We have heard Sri. J.V. Prasad, learned counsel for theappellant and gone through the impugned judgment andorder of the learned Tribunal.
We are of the view that this order does not call for anyinterference for two reasons, firstly, the learned Tribunal hasfollowed its earlier decision in assessee’s own case, whichwas not challenged before any forum and secondly, onidentical facts and on similar issue, this Court dismissedanother appeal.
Therefore, this appeal is also dismissed.
