Having heard learned counsel for the appellant and
having gone through the impugned judgment and order ofthe Appellate Tribunal, we find that the appeal is disposedof absolutely on facts and no law point is involved.Moreover, the Appellate Tribunal has taken the decisionon the concessions made by the learned representative ofthe Department. Hence, we do not find any ground tointerfere with the order impugned.
The appeal is accordingly dismissed. No order as tocosts.
