I.T.T.A.No. 642 OF 2017
DATED 08 NOVEMBER, 2017
Between: The Principal Commissioner of Income Tax – II, … Visakhapatnam Appellant AND … Smt. Makina Annapurna Respondent : Counsel for the appellant Sri K.Raji Reddy
: -- Counsel for the respondent
THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING
JUDGMENT:(per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy)
This appeal arises out of common order dated 02-02-2017 to the extent it pertains to I.T.A.No. 625/Vizag/2014 on the file of the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Visakhapatnam Bench, Visakhapatnam.
2. At the hearing, Sri K.Raji Reddy, learned senior standing counsel for Income Tax Department, fairly conceded that this Court has dismissed I.T.T.A.No. 668 of 2017 filed against the same common order which is subject matter of the present appeal quaI.T.A.No. 605/Vizag/2014.
3. As the issues arising in both the sets of appeals are identical, for the same reasons for which I.T.T.A.No. 668 of 2017 has been dismissed, this appeal is also dismissed.
