Prasad, learned counsel for theappellant and we have gone through the impugned judgment andorder of the learned Tribunal. We do not want to admit the appeal and we dismiss thesame in view of the fact that the learned Tribunal has relied on theearlier decision of the Tribunal in the case of Rehoboth Mission,Hyderabad, dated 26.5.2010, which is decided on an identicalissue. Nothing has been stated whether the appeal has been filedagainst the said decision. Though Mr. J.V. Prasad, learnedcounsel orally says so, there is no document to support the same.
