This appeal is filed against the order, dated 08-04-2003,passed by the Visakhapatnam Bench of the Income Tax AppellateTribunal in ITA No.929/H/1997.
It is represented by the learned Senior Standing Counsel forthe appellant and the learned counsel for the respondent that thedepartment filed ITTA No. 287 of 2003 in relation to ITANo.921/H/97 which was disposed of along with ITA No.929/H/1997
challenged in this appeal.
Today itself, we dismissed ITTA No.287 of 2003. Followingthe same, we dismiss this appeal also. There shall be no order asto costs.
