P.C.:
1The Tribunal's order dated 07.03.2012 in Appeal No.3015/MUM/2010 for the Assessment Year 2007-2008 is challenged in this Appeal. The substantial questions of law are formulated at page 4 of the paper book. Having found that the question is identical to the one raised in the case of very Assessee in Income Tax Appeal No.2615/2011 which this Court dismissed on 22.04.2014 and following a prior Division Bench judgment in Income Tax Appeal No.1043/2010 decided on 12.09.2011 that it is conceded that the present Appeal does not raise any substantial question of law. The Tribunal followed it's earlier view and which is undisturbed and in the case of the very Assessee for the Assessment Year 2006-2007. For all these reasons, the Appeal fails and it is dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.
