The appeal was admitted on 27/08/2008 on the following substantial question of law:- " Whether in the facts and circumstances of the case and in law, the learned CIT(A) erred in deleting the addition of Rs.18,00,000/- under the head property of income and directing the assessing officer to exclude the national interest in determining the annual rateable value without proper appreciation of the facts of the case ?
